  Jenny was incredibly helpful! She took the time to explain every detail to us several times until we were all sure we understood each step. She was patient with us when we were asking a ton of questions. And she worked so very hard to make sure we closed on time and as painlessly as possible. She is a great loan officer and would be a great asset to anyone looking to buy a home!!

  We started out home buying process with a company (which shall remain nameless) and they stopped calling me when certain qualification issues arose. We could have gone with the realtor's recommended loan officer, but she, too, balked because of qualification issues. Then we were referred to Jenny. Jenny was upfront about the major issues I had (the same ones that turned off other loan officers ) and was confident, if we got them resolved, we would get us into a house. This being my first actual home purchase, Jenny walked me step by step through the process, informing me of every hurdle that came up, and reassuring us that we could get it done. After the first house fell through (due to appraising too low), Jenny made it her mission in life to get us into a home. May 4, 2017 we achieved that goal! And, what do I say to those loan officers who bailed on us because of qualification issues? NOTHING! Our county's Assessors office will say all they need to know!

  "I highly recommend you contact Jenny for your home loan needs!" During a recent visit to the Branson Missouri area, I found a home on an acreage that I wanted to purchase and retire to. I was recommended (by name) to contact Jenny Frieze by another major lending company that did not finance manufactured homes. There were absolutely no surprises during my application process; Jenny was very upfront with everything that she could do for me as a loan processor, what I could expect to occur during the process and what documentation I would have to provide. I needed to be able to close on the home in under 30 days and Jenny was up to the challenge. I currently live on the West coast and my entire loan transaction was accomplished over the phone and via email; thus, I did not have the pleasure to meet Jenny in person until the day I closed. Yet, I felt that Jenny worked as hard for me as if I was a local resident that had walked into her office. Needless to say, trying to close on a home in less than 30 days from 2,000 miles away can be a stressful experience. Jenny eased my concerns by being in contact with me nearly every day; she kept me advised of the status of my loan process and made sure that I had documentation ready and available for any stumbling block, concern, or objection that the underwriter may have; and there were a few. With Jenny’s thorough knowledge of the loan process, everything sailed through without a hitch and I was even able to close two days earlier than projected. All I can say is, “WOW and THANKS Jenny for all your hard work!”
